Base Plus focuses
on individualized placement and positions obtained cover a wide
range of professional, skilled, semi-skilled and entry-level
occupations in the corporate and service industries.
Companies benefit through the ability to recruit and
retain prescreened, well-qualified and motivated workers.
CARES The Bethany Fund Project provides paid work experience training/ paid internships to adults with disabilities and other barriers to employment who reside in or work in five targeted West Side communities. These targeted communities are Austin, East Garfield Park, West Garfield Park, Humbolt Park and North Lawndale.

Employment Program The Youth
Transitional Employment Program is a system
of providing year-round comprehensive and transitional services
to both in-school and out-of-school youth with disabilities
between the ages of 14-21 who reside within the city of
CARES Chicago's Adult Training and
Employment Program (ATEP)
provides FREE comprehensive holistic
services to individuals who are unemployed or underemployed.
This program integrates training, job development, job placement and career advancement services to remove employment barriers.
