Interim Executive Director

Alfredda Glover was appointed to serve as Interim Executive Director of CARES Chicago in February 2009.  Ms. Glover has a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional.  She has over thirty-five years of clinical and management experience in the human services, mental health, and rehabilitation fields, with the last eight years coordinating workforce development services.
